ANSWERS

 

 

1 You can find a hotel based on hotel location and dates. Click Search button to view all available hotels.
After that, you will be able to choose the room and rate you desire, and then you click on Book It button in order to proceed.
After you have selected your desired room type, you will be asked whether you wish to book another room. You can book up to 4 rooms per time.
Then you choose your preferred meals and transportation means, if necessary.
Finally, you fill the Personal data form, and after you have accepted our terms and conditions you move forward on completing the payment.
You will get an email with your reservation data. If further correspondence is necessary, a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email or a call.

 

2 A confirmation message will appear on your screen when your reservation has been completed.

 

3 Yes, you will receive an email confirming your hotel booking that will include your itinerary details, immediately after you complete your reservation

 

4 Yes. You can browse through our available packages in the home page and choose the one that suits you best. They combine flights and hotel reservations in a fixed price.

 

5 We offer many different kinds of packages. There are packages for various seasonal events, holidays, entertainment, business etc. We have packages for groups, individual travellers, or we can even create a special package just for you, simply by sending us an email at online@77778888.com.cy. You can perform a search in order to see all the available packages and then make your preferred reservation.

 

6 If you would like to book a flight you can do so by performing a Flight Search from our home page. You will then have the possibility to choose and book the flight you'd like.

 

7 Yes. You can check our home page and see the latest special offers you can benefit of. New offers are added frequently so don't forget to enter the site and get informed.

 

8 Yes. In order to complete your booking you must pay the full amount, otherwise the procedure cannot be finalised. Right after your booking is done, you will receive an email containing details regarding the prices, and your reservation.

 

9 If you do not cancel your reservation within the allotted cancellation period, you will get charged with the full amount. If you have questions about the cancellation policy for your particular hotel reservation, contact our Customer Care Center for assistance.

 

10 We make every effort to keep all your personal information, including your credit card number, secure. We only allow your credit card number to be transmitted to us over the Internet if your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. As you enter your credit card number, SSL encodes it so it is transmitted in a format that prevents eavesdropping or data theft. Once received by our secure server, your credit card number is never transmitted over the Internet again.

 

11 VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards are accepted for payment.

 

12 One possibility is that the card's expiration date precedes the reservation date, or perhaps you have reached your credit limit.

 

13 Prices are per person per day. You should also take into consideration that the prices are recalculated according to meal plans and the various  supplements you may select, such as half board, full board, or all inclusive. Any other mandatory supplements or discounts are clearly indicated and automatically taken into consideration in the quotation. The total price mentioned in the final booking page, where you will be asked to submit your personal details (name, city, country, etc., credit card), is the total price for the package you have selected and represents the total amount to be paid.

 

14 The prices for the apartment are per person per day.

 

15 You may book up to 4 rooms per time. After booking the first room you will be asked whether you would like to book another room.

 

16 When you have a late arrival, you should contact the customer care centre for assistance.

 

17 Our Customer Care Centre will be available for all your comments and concerns throughout your stay.

 

18 All prices are final; no extra charges will appear on your credit card when your booking is completed.

 

19 No, breakfast is not always included. See your itinerary for more details on your conditions and terms of stay.

 

20 You may choose your room location while performing your reservation from a list of all available types of rooms. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate any further special requests.

 

21 You may view your reservation using the "My Reservation" tab in home page. Always feel free to contact us with any inquiries regarding your request. For fastest service, please include your "Booking Number" which you will receive after you submit your booking.

 

22 When the booking procedure is over, an email will be sent to the hotel about your reservation. Rest assured that the room is booked; however, if any delays occur it is simply that the hotel has not entered your details into their system yet.

 

23 No. The email confirmation you receive from us is all you will need. It displays your Itinerary Number, the hotel information, the rate, confirmation number, that is, all the information you will need.

 

24 You can contact us by email at online@77778888.com.cy, and we will advise you about the cancellation terms of your booking.

 

25 Our qualified and friendly agents are available during working days and hours to answer your questions, whether you want to use email or simply by calling our office.

 

26 You can arrange transportation from our site, simply by choosing the type of transport you like, and by completing your flight arrival information in the relevant fields.

 

27 Most hotels offer free parking to their guests, although some may charge. Long-term parking is offered at the discretion of the property (often in conjunction with park and fly rates).

 

28 Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in the rooms at a charge. Some hotels have a limit on how many people can stay in a room.  

 

29 Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding. The age requirement differs depending on the specific hotel's policy.

 

30 Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cribs. Some may have restrictions on what room types will allow rollaway beds.
